I create training and development programmes to meet the needs of teams or organisations. Training can follow on from an indepth consultation process.

I work with individual staff, managers, teams, executives, boards, and trustees.

Training can fall into 4 broad categories:

Communication
Is communication clear and effective across your organisation? Together we can improve interpersonal & interdepartmental communication skills, as well as communications with clients, the public and audiences.

Management & Leadership
I deliver tools that assist people in creating a happy, productive and creative working environment where staff work at their optimum by choice, and enable managers & leaders to develop an inclusive leadership style, where the flow of ideas and communication is facilitated so that staff feel included and roles are clearly defined. I also cover techniques on how to manage your managers.

Conflict
We look at how to perceive conflicts as creative challenges. I offer skills and strategies with which to identify, understand, mediate, and resolve conflict.

Coaching
You gain the skills to create a coaching culture within your organisation, moving from solving staff problems to assisting staff to find their own solutions. This creates a self-sustaining, self-motivating and empowered workforce.
