Coaching is not consultancy, teaching, therapy or advising. It is more about assisting your journey of discovery. Coaching is less about analysis, cause and the past, and more about understanding situations, the present and future, and on overcoming obstacles.
How will you get there?
To use a coach you do not need to consider yourself emotionally ill, unbalanced or to be having a problem. I do not presuppose that there is something wrong that needs fixing. Rather, I will assist you in gaining clarity of what you really want at this point in your work, relationships and generally in life, and on how to achieve those goals.
