Consultation

A consultation works in 3 main steps.

1. Diagnostic
A consultation begins by observing your situation/issue in context of the whole organisation and its overarching vision. Together we explore the effectiveness of your current set up and identify the areas that could benefit from change and/or refinement. From here I facilitate a visioning, or revisioning, process with the individuals and teams of your organisation to pinpoint your aims and goals; I believe the greatest change can be made with people rather than when done to people. I may sit in on meetings to provide on-the-spot constructive feedback to individual and group dynamics, enabling effective team work and decision making processes.

2. Identify
Having observed your particular needs, we identify the form of external intervention that will be of most benefit to your organisation in creating the desired shift. This could include coaching, facilitation, mediation and training.

3. Proposal
I deliver my proposed plan of action detailing how to maximise the individuals, teams and organisational wellbeing & productivity, to move your organisation/team forward. If deemed useful I can subcontract additional specialists to deliver the proposed development.
